Installed my update about a week ago, no problems installing however camera stopped working so had to return to verizon for resetting factory defaults. Now 2 days after that, volumes have stopped working, phone freezes and reboots by itself on a pretty frequent basis. If I try to adjust ringer volume, it will freeze and/or reboot. When I go to the "settings" for sounds etc. and choice my ringtone, settings will 'stop working' every time. Very annoying!!!!  Any suggestions, as I just finished resetting everything from the last factory reset.

I guess I should consider myself lucky, as I don't have those problems.  The only problem I seem to have now that I've upgraded my software is that I can't silence my phone at all.  The lowest ringer setting is vibrate but I prefer to keep it on silent throughout the day and at night when I go to bed.

Any suggestions on how to set it to silent?

And good luck w/your situation!

Press and hold the power button... there is a new option to set Silent mode.  But I just noticed that this is the same behavior as pressing the down volume switch.

I also just noticed there is a new option in Settings -> Sound Settings -> Vibrate called "only when not in silent mode".  With this set (or "never") then when you go to silent mode, either by holding down the volume switch or selecting silent mode from the power off button, it will be silent AND no vibration.
