Follow the link below for new rooting instruction for Verizon Wireless Fascinate http://www.samsungfascinateforum.com/samsung-fascinate-rooting/new-instruction-to-root-your-phone-cwmrecovery-and-install-rom-(080512)/ Whosdaman from XDA Developers recently posted with the subject "*OFFICIAL* DL09.tar.md5". If you read his post carefully, it's NOT THE OFFICIAL VERSION.  I suspect that Whosdaman's uploaded DL09.tar.md5 file is in fact repackaged from Adrynalyne's leaked version.  At this point, I do not know if Whosdaman's DL09.tar file or DL09 update itself is causing the issues.   Here are the problems after Odin flashing DL09.tar.md5 file........ 1. Z4Root and FascinateRoot v2 may not work on all phones.  It's been reported many occasions that these rooting methods didn't work by other users. 2. CWM tar file isn't updated to DL09 standard.  It still contains DI01 kernel in it.  You will loose your haptic feedback. 3. Some bluetooth malfunction reported. 4. DL09 version uses different USB Driver which is not compatible with previous one. Once DL09 flashing is done, replaced 'bootsrapper.exe' will stay on your phone and cause a problem recognized by your pc. 5.
