Updating to 2.2

Last time I totally screwed up by trying to run factory reset from the phone...

Well I got that fixed by someone e-mailing me the file that is a backup that you just run from clockwork

Is there any way to get a clockwork backup that I can install the backup from that and have 2.2

Something tells me it's not that easy, but it's worth a try.

I don't know if those names are right. However, it's the menu that comes up when you hold both volume buttons while booting the phone.
