Hi!
I'm sure this has been answered hundreds of times already, but I am stumped.  How do I transfer pictures from my phone to my PC?  I've tried adjusting the USB settings on the phone, but when I change it to a mass storage device (which I would assume is what it should be when trying to transfer pictures), although my computer does show an F drive with a removable disk on my computer (that's where all of my USB connections are made), it tells me to insert a disk! I really like this phone except for this feature - I never had any trouble transferring pictures from my BlackBerry.  Such a shame b/c the camera takes great pictures! Can anyone help?  Thanks!!!!

This one is going to make you feel a bit stupid if you do what I think you are. But when you plug it into your phone...look ON the phone and in the top left where you can pull down that menu...do so and you will see the USB connection. Click on that and when it asks you to mount the phone, go ahead and do so. The phone will now be available on your computer for transfers. Hope this helps!

Help - I'm stuck - when I pull down the notification menu, I don't get anything about USB.  I went to settings and selected mass storage.  But it's not showing up in the notification pull-down menu to select like vecchioni27 described.

I know you probably have already figured it out, but the reason you don't see the prompt is because you have to be plugged into your computer FIRST before opening the pull down. If you are, and your unit is set as a mass storage drive, then you will see the prompt.

This is not working for me anymore. I used to be able to transfer photos from my phone to my PC, but I no longer get the message to mount the phone on my Notification bar anymore. Therefore my computer does not show the phone as a drive anymore. :-(
