Put either as a widget. tapping then will kill any running app taking up memory and battery power. Btw, they are both free. Hope this helps. I use every half hour. Just go into ATK settings and click on Auto Kill Frequency. I also have my Auto Kill Level set to Aggressive. Unlike a Blackberry, Android knows how to handle it's available memory and your phone won't slow down if you don't close out apps.
