Hi, I have a fascinate its almost 2 years old, worked perfectly until last Friday. I have no sounds . ringtones, txt tones...etc.... I have everything turned on. when I have headphones on I hear my music and tones, but without them on I have nothing. Pulled battery, Did a factory reset, didn't help at all.

It does vibrate when a call comes in or a txt (thank god). lol
but most of the time I miss the calls, cause I have to keep it in my back pocket at work.
I really need my alarm to work, cause my hubby and I work and get up at different times of the morning.
what can I do, Thanks !!!

It seems like the software is fine because your headphone is working fine, I think the built-in speaker is broken.  You have to somehow order the earpiece online(assuming that your warranty is expired).
