95% of all incoming calls going straight to voice mail
Been dealing with almost all my calls going straight to voice mail. Getting voice mail alerts, text message alerts..etc.. Out going calls fine.. Talked to two v/w techs..they have reprogrammed etc..prl push...nothing is permanently fixing..they said they need to send out a new device. I have another phone in rout back to verizon..different cell..for another line that has not been received by verizon yet..so the order to send me a replacement is on hold until they receive it. In the mean while..I am missing a lot of calls for my business and family. Anyone else have this issue? All the other lines on my account are fine...and getting their calls...even calling from one of my other lines on my account will go straight to V/m.
