About once a week, I try to access mail in one of these accounts and get a blank screen. The only options are "compose" and "accounts". Both accounts get corrupted. Any idea what is causing this and how to restore without nuking the account settings and starting over again? Thanks. The problem for that person seem to be that she had an anti-virus program installed on her phone and that made her mailbox get corrupted. Have you installed any antio-virus on your device? Just happened to me again - overnight. I read mail before going to sleep, put the phone on silent and wake up in the morning with no mail settings. The odd thing is that although the mail is gone, the contacts for these account still stay in the Contacts list.
