Hello, I have been trying now for 3 weeks to setup my unit to work on exchange. All my exchange settings are correct, I am using domain name\user name....my exchange server info is correct "exchange.mycompany.org"..im accepting both ssl certs....credentials are good...mobil devices are enabled on server end....but it just come back with a black screen on email, I refresh and still nothing. Please help..pleeeeze
1. Delete your account you created
settings-> accounts & Sync-> under manage accounts, click the one you created-> remove account
2. Reboot your phone, and make sure you take the battery out and put it back in
3. Reset-up your exchange email account
a) Appropriate Information (problems usually occur because information input is not correct)
settings-> accounts & Sync-> add account-> click corporate-> enter full email address and password, and click next-> \corpdomain\username (or corpdomain\username), password, exchange server name, and check on use secure connection. click next
b) Email checking frequency field (set up exactly as following)
1. 'automatic (push)'
2. Amount to synchronize => One day
3. check on notify me when email arrives, sync contacts from this account, sync calendar from this account. Uncheck on Send email from this account by default. Click next
c) Input account name and your name
