How to create shortcut to dial up networking

Hi Friends,
 I would like to know if i can create a shortcut on home screen to Dial up Networking menu or use an app which starts dial up networking. (Settings-Wireless & Networks-Dial up Networking).
I use this setting as i found it was the only way to stop the internet usage on both 1x & EVDO networks. As you are aware, whenever EV network is not available, the phone automatically switches to 1X mode & whenever that happens, whoever tries to call me cannot reach me as they get a busy tone.
