Have you ever been able to sync your phone with your computer via usb cable? Also, if so, when did you notice you were no longer not able to sync between computer and phone?

My suspicions point to Android 2.2 if you were able to sync between your computer and phone before the recent Android 2.2.  If that is the case, a factory reset can be the solution to your problem.  Don't worry, a factory reset will not remove the pictures on your MicroSD card on your phone.

I have never synced my phone to my pc.  I haven't had my phone very long, so I just tried for the first time last week.  Should I try a factory reset?
