can anyone help me figure out how to get photos off of my phone and onto my computer? I have tried using mass storage, media syn and nothing works...it's like my computer is not even recognizing my phone. When I plug in my usb to phone and computer the window that used to come up on my computer giving me the option to chose what I'm trying to do does'nt even come up anymore and it looks as if my phone is using the usb to just charge the battery from my computer. Not sure what happened, this never used to be a problem until I started charging my daughters I touch from my computer and i think it must have messed something up...that's all I can think of...HELP!! I am the commputer dummy they write books about!!
