2 many of my Facebook friends on my fascinate.......help

Hi all,
I just got my fascinate about 2 weeks ago and love it.   I had Verizon help me set up my facebook on the phone and not knowing anything about it, had it just add all friends.  Not liking that idea much now that I have gotten use to a few things with the phone.  Without having to maually delete friends, is there a way that I can go back and sync it with just the friends I chose?  Do I have to delete facebook and re-add it and if so, would someone  be so kind as to tell me how to do this.  Thanks for the help.
