In fact, it's not available in anywhere except US. I am guessing that it's just a hoax by Samsung. I declined since it isn't compatible with cases and it's a pain to get the case off to charge every night. Thats really everything ive read is image burn and BAD!!! This will darken the screen but still make it bright enough to read in a well lit room. I have had it docked for 10hrs a day for the past 4 months with no burn in.
